Dr. Geetha R is an accomplished education professional and administrator with over 21 years of experience, combining academic leadership with research and entrepreneurial acumen. With 32 research publications to her credit, she is recognised among the top 10% of global authors on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN), managed by Elsevier. She has delivered over 30 invited talks across India and contributed extensively to Management and Faculty Development Programmes.

Dr. Geetha has been invited by leading institutions such as Christ University, Presidency University, St. Joseph’s College and Kristu Jayanti to share her expertise in business sustainability, HR analytics and leadership development. She has received several prestigious accolades, including the Outstanding Leadership Award 2025, Women Power India Award 2024, Principal of the Year Award at LREA 2023 and the Bharat Education Excellence Award.

She has served on academic boards of VTU, Alliance University, DSU and Garden City University, and contributed to journals as Managing Editor and peer reviewer. Her leadership at institutions such as Christ University and Dayananda Sagar Institutions has resulted in key academic initiatives, including a VTU-recognised research centre and an industry-sponsored innovation lab. She also works as an independent consultant and is affiliated with NHRDN, SHRM and SRCM.
